Does a large parcel of land add value to your home?

Acreage and Land- Does it add value to your home? Yes and No...

If your home is situated on 1 acre or 5 acres. The short answer is the land does not add too much value to the home. Today's buyers  for Berkley, Assonet, Dighton, Rehoboth Ma are busy. Generally they  don't have time to care for large lawns, nor do they care, for the most part, whether it's an acre or 3 acres,

Not to be contradictory, but if a buyer does like having land with their property, wetlands are a turnoff. If your home sits on 3 acres, but 2 of it is wet, there is no value added in that.

However if you have 20-30-100 acres in this state, you may be sitting on a gold mine! The acreage could have  development possibilities.
